At Danzira, we strive to ensure that every product meets our quality standards. Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order and Cancellation

1.1 Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
1.2 Order cancellations are not permitted once the order has been placed.
1.3 Danzira reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, unavailability of stock, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1 Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
2.2 Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
2.3 Custom-made or altered products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2.4 For approved returns, refunds will not be issued as monetary payments. Instead, the product value will be credited to your Danzira account as store credit.
2.5 Store credits can be used for future purchases and remain valid indefinitely.
2.6 To process an exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing video recorded from start to finish, showing:

  • Intact outer packaging
  • Product unboxing
  • Visible defect or damage Without an unboxing video, the exchange request will not be processed.
    2.7 Products that are used, altered, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for exchange.
    2.8 Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects.
